we didn't get it.....

it was the most heartrending news i've ever heard...as our condo unit was days away from completion, dell was not approved of the loan. with that news, our dream of having a home we could call our own was washed away with the tears and uhog strolling down my face (yes, it was that bad). and all this mess was because of what his ex-wife did. and some friends have said that maybe that place was not really meant for us. the bad part is we couldn't get the money that we deposited because we've used it for the upgrades. howell.....

at this moment, all our plans are in halt. we've agreed to wait till this mess is fixed legally then we could start from there. we're taking it one day at a time and cutting all strings we have with the ex. (i've cut mine from the day i received the letter...)

we're thankful for the overwhelming support of our friends and dell's family. for the comforting words of "this too shall pass" and that the Lord has better plans for us. well, i hope and pray that as we near the ending of this chapter with the ex, she wouldn't have even a bit of a role in the next episode.

and to the condo unit we longed to call home, may your new owner take care of you the same way i planned to do even before you were completed..... ;o(
