yup! i broke my 365 days resolution. i tried but i failed...but i captured most of the memories in photos so let the photos speak for itself.

oh well...

but it doesn't mean i won't write about our happenings - so let me start about how my weekend went.

May 9, Saturday

it was Lula's (our hs batchmate) bridal shower. yup, she's finally getting hitched after ?? years of waiting for the perfect guy. i could still remember the day where she almost resigned to the fact that she was destined to be single forever but all of us disagreed with her. we told her to stop looking and waiting and let HIM do the works....this was in 2007.

along the way, we all kept in touch and later on heard that she met someone and have been dating him on a regular basis. we were all happy for her and wishing that he is the man. we finally got the chance to meet him on our annual Christmas party held at Meg's house in 2007.

Larry & Lula

fast forward to our annual christmas party (2008), Lula was game enough to share with us how Larry finally popped the question to her and all of us listened intently and screamed like HS girls with the kilig moments.

and last Saturday was her bridal shower organized by her sisters, Pinky and Bedj (both Kulasas but different batches). aside from our wedding gifts, we gave her a Honeymoon Survival Kit which we hope she would use.

Congratulations Larry & Lula...may your marriage be blessed with Love, Respect, Trust and a lot of humor.

May 10, Sunday

church day as usual so we were up early. had lunch at the fellowship hall and stayed a little longer for a meeting. again, i would be joining the choir for a presentation on June 28. after the meeting, we headed to Americana to meet up with Dell's good friend, Joey and his wife Len.

but it was only Joey who went with us because Len opted to stay and bond with her sister who she hasn't seen for a while. so we all headed home. CT and MP came too to see Joey and had dinner at Stonefire again.

and BR followed pero in the house na lang and they all stayed till around 1am.

so that's how our weekend went...=)
